About this Piece: One of my favorite things to do as a composer is find old hymn texts that are practically non-existent and set new music to them. Many of these texts have powerful messages and by creating a new music gives these message the ability to be heard anew. This beautiful text by early twentieth century hymnodist Clara M. Brooks reminds us of the powerful effects of divine love.
