
Organ Recital
Sam Fleming will present his final DMA organ recital as part of his doctoral work in Choral Conducting and Church Music at the University of Kansas. The recital will be held in the Bales Organ Recital Hall on Tuesday December 3, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in Lawrence, Kansas. The program will consist of works by Alain, Bach, Correa, Ginastera, Reger, and Wälther. Admission is free and open to the public.

The University of Kansas Bales Chorale in collaboration with the Benedictine College Choirs presents “IN AETERNUM”. Music featured will include Missa de Octova by Luke Mayernick, Morten Lauridsen’s Lux Aeterna, and a world premiere of a new work by Timothy Tharldson.

Sam Fleming will conduct the University of Kansas Bales Chorale in his first degree recital for his Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Choral Conducting and Church Music.
